Raising livestock brings with it responsibilities. Full attention and good welfare during their lives; commitment to making sure the meat is appreciated and valued after slaughter.

We sell, ourselves, all the animals we raise for meat – no markets, no collecting centres. We take them to a small, local abattoir. It’s our way of ensuring that they always receive the same high standards of welfare. We know all our customers personally; they enjoy knowing the full provenance of the meat they eat.

Modern meat production results in too much waste; it’s important to use as much of the carcase as possible. Trickier cuts demand time and knowledge; we have both. That’s why alongside our meat sales, we also have NUNTIONS – creating tasty, simple dishes, mixing tradition and modernity, for enjoyment and convenience.
