Well...we waited with bated breath as the announcer reached our category; we heard how the judges loved our 'British rubyVEAL' brand; listened to the cheers from the audience as our video was played; and then saw the award go to Cotswold Gold. Disappointed, clearly - but congratulations to Charlie Beldam for a well-deserved win. It was our first year in the Awards; it was a complete surprise to find out we'd been nominated; rubyVEAL's been going only a year.  Onwards and upwards, as they say!...

  Tonight, in Cheltenham, the winners of the Cotswold Life Food & Drink Awards 2012 will be announced.  We're finalists in the Local Food Product category, sponsored by Hartpury College, for our veal.
